Nephrolithiasis with Hydronephrosis on POCUS

This patient had a fever to 102F.  There’s a proximal ureteral stone with associated hydroureteronephrosis.
In the setting of fever —> infected ureteral stone. Antibiotics & urgent urology consult for decompression are warranted.
