Signs of Pulmonary Hypertension on Chest CT
 • Main PA is dilated and larger than the ascending aorta
 • Carina crossover sign - Right PA is dilated and crosses midline at the level of the carina (caudal to expected)
 • RV : LV ratio > 0.9 - 1.0
 • Contrast reflux into the hepatic veins
