Culprits: ALL, Burkitt, SCLC
Cells all die at once = ↑Phos, ↓Ca, ↑K, ↑LDH, ↑Uric acid (UA)

↑K = Arrhythmias
↑Phos -> ↓Ca = Arrhythmia, seizure, tetany
↑UA = AKI = worsens above
