Benign T-wave Inversion (BTWI) vs. Wellens'
 • Usually in leads V3-V6 (vs. V2-V4 in Wellens'), but also frequent TWI in inferior leads (II/III/aVF)
 • Often very distinct J-waves co-existing w/ TWIs
    - Right-sided precordium often has STE typical of BER
 • TWI in V4-V6 is preceded by small S-waves & rampant R-waves
 • TWIs are generally stable over time (vs. ever-evolving T-waves in Wellens')
