Pulmonary Artery Aneurysm on Echocardiogram

Aneurysm of RPA with thrombus appear as a huge mass compressing LA/mass in LA. A case of VSD Eisenmenger with RPA aneurysm and thrombus, admitted with hemoptysis. Difficult to manage scenario! Discharged on OAC.
