Strongyloides stercoralis Hyperinfection - Physical examination revealed reticulated purpuric patches with dusky centers on the abdomen, extending to the flanks, groin, penis, and thighs (Panel A). Bronchoscopy revealed diffuse alveolar hemorrhage and Strongyloides stercoralis larvae.
