- Is the patient ‘walking wounded’ -> triage green or minor
- Is the patient breathing?
- What is the respiratory rate?
- Is there a radial pulse or normal cap refill?
- How are they mentating?
- Patients need reassesment, retriaging, and their triage category can change!
