Calcinosis Cutis in CREST Syndrome

Elderly patient with long standing h/o systemic sclerosis presented with symptoms suggestive of ulnar neuropathy.

Calcinosis cutis is an abnormal deposition of calcium in the skin and subcutaneous tissue, independent of the blood calcium and phosphate levels. It is known to be associated with systemic sclerosis, particularly those with limited variant or the CREST syndrome.
