- Takotsubo cardiomyopathy 

Acute valve dysfunction 

- Endocarditis 

- Post-MI papillary muscle rupture 

- Prosthetic valve dysfunction 

LV outflow Obstruction (LVOTO) 

- Elderly with chronic HTN 

- HOCM or Takotsubo CM
