 • Type II cryoglobulinemia 
 • Combined decr of C3 and C4 levels

 • Hematuria - 97%
 • Mean proteinuria - 3.5 g/day (%)
 • > 3g / day - 49% 
 • Hypertension (%) - 85%
 • Mean eGFR - 39.5 mL/min
 • <60 mL/min/1.73m2 - 82%
 • Dialysis (%) - 5%

Factors associated with ESRD at last follow-up 
 • eGFR ml/min/1.73 m2 at diagnosis 
 • Dialysis at diagnosis 
 • Extracapillary proliferation 
 • Tendency for nephrotic range proteinuria
