Directly Malignancy Related:
 - Lymphangitic spread to lung
 - Malignant pleural effusion
 - Malignant pericardial effusion
 - Lung metastases

Treatment Related:
 - Chemotherapy pneumonitis
 - Cardiomyopathy (anthracycline)
 - Hemorrhagic myocarditis (cyclophosphamide)
 - Coronary Vasospasm (cepecitabine)
 - Radiation pneumonitis
 - Radiation induced disease of:
    - Heart valves
    - Pericardium
    - Coronary arteries
    - Conduction system
 - Therapy-related malignancy
 - Cytopenias (anemia)

Changes in Pre-Test Probability:
 - Immunosuppression —> atypical bugs
 - Hypercoagulable -> PE
