Ipilimumab-Induced Hypophysitis. 
Pituitary gland enlargement occurs on therapy & resolves after therapy.
 - Ipilimumab is a monoclonal antibody that blocks cytotoxic T-lymphocyte antigen-4, and adverse events may occur due increased T-cell activation.
 - Clinically, patients can develop anterior hypopituitarism.
 - On imaging, pituitary enlargement is the main finding, while stalk thickening can also be seen.
 - Resolves after therapy.
 - History of drug therapy important to not mistake for a metastasis.
