Femoral Vein Stent Migration to Right Atrium on POCUS Echocardiogram Pt 2mos s/p femoral vein stent presents with chest pain. This is her ultrasound. RESOLUTION: Fem stent (hyperechoic ring) migrated to RA-->published complications incl. aortic/RA fistula (this pt had), AV block/arrhythmias, PE, pceff.
