Anterior Hypokinesis on POCUS Echocardiogram

A 69yo female with history of hypertension presents with 30min shortness of breath. VSS. Bibasilar crackles on auscultation. EKG unremarkable. Which of the following is the best choice for management?
Resolution: Cath lab = best management for this patient with anterior wma and no previous hx of MI. This was her EKG performed within 5 min of the echo. Confirmed to have LAD occlusion. Pt doing well.
