Aortic and Mitral Valve Vegetations in Endocarditis on POCUS - PLAX Why would this 30 y/o male have shortness of breath? A stethoscope would hear a murmur... but with #POCUS you see large vegetations on the aortic & mitral valves and pulmonary edema in the far field.
