Clinical Presentation
- exertional dyspnea
- peripheral edema
- exertional syncope
- peripheral neuropathy
Physical Exam
- macroglossia (AL)
- periorbital bruising (AL)
- Kussmaul sign
- hepatomegaly
- normal BP (despite hx HTN)
EKG Findings
- low voltage
- pseudoinfarct pattern (Q-waves in early precordial leads)
- atrial fibrillation
- conduction disease
