Sarcoidosis
Stage 1 - Bilateral LAD without involvement of lung parenchyma
Stage 2 - Bilateral LAD with involvement of lung parenchyma
Stage 3 - Parenchyma involvement without LAD
Stage 4 - Fibrosis
Pulmonary:
 - Most common manifestations include hilar LAD and diffuse interstitial lung disease with infiltrates primarily in the upper lobes
 - Pneumothcrax, pleural thickening, chylothorax, and pulmonary hypertension are less common
 - Rare to hear crackles on exam, may hear wheezing with bronchial involvement of sarcoid
Lofgren Syndrome - Triad of hilar adenopathy, erythema nodosum, and polyarthralgias
Heerfordt syndrome - Uveitis, parotid gland sweling, fever, and facial nerve palsy
