RV wall perforation from pacer wire on POCUS

Patient with severe chest pain since last night. SC window shown.
History: Had pacer placed 36 hours ago at OSH. EHR-had TTE done last week--no pericardial effusion present.
Diagnosis: RV wall perforation from pacer wire. Vitals stable. Transferred back to OSH where procedure done. No other follow up.
