Adverse Effects of NSAIDs
Prostaglandins decreased
 - Gastric mucosal damage with ulcer formation, bleeding, and perforation
 - Nephropathy, decreased excretion of NaCl and H2O, edemas, increased blood pressure, impaired wound healing, diarrhea, disturbed uterine motility
Leukotrienes increased
 - Bronchoconstriction, bronchial asthma, proinflammatory effect
