- Cognitive Changes: Agitation, Akathisia
Incr 5-HT: Anorexia, Insomnia, Fatigue, Vertigo, Sexual Dysfunction, Weight gain
Incr NE: Nausea, Diaphoresis, Constipation, Dry Mouth
