Serotonin Syndrome - Potentially Life Threatening:
   - Autonomic Hyperactivity: Hypertension, Tachycardia, Dilated pupils
   - Neuromuscular Abnormalities: Ocular Clonus, Tremor, Hyperreflexia, Muscle clonus
   - Cognitive Changes: Agitation, Akathisia
Incr 5-HT: Anorexia, Insomnia, Fatigue, Vertigo, Sexual Dysfunction, Weight gain
Incr NE: Nausea, Diaphoresis, Constipation, Dry Mouth
