Chronic distal radiocubital instability.
The function of this joint is the rotation of the forearm or pronosupination, for which joint and synchronous work of the distal and proximal radio-ulnar joints is necessary.
ARCD instability can be divided into 3 categories: bone injury, soft tissue injury, or combined injury to both structures.
In this case it is a ligamentous injury, and that is why in this case it was treated by ligamentoplasty.
