Nephrolithiasis and Hydronephrosis on POCUS

40 yo F presents with unilateral abdominal pain and n/v.
The transducer is over the midaxillary line with indicator pointing cephalad. There is mild hydronephrosis, perinephric fluid, & a non-obstructing renal stone.
Given the hydronephrosis & renal stone, there may be an obstructing UVJ stone. Look at the bladder.
