Kawasaki Disease (Mucocutaneous Lymph Node Syndrome) An rare systemic acute febrile vasculitic syndrome. Aetiology unknown. Affects children between 6 months and 4 years (peak at 1 yr). More common in Asians. Early diagnosis can prevent lethal cardiac complications.
